Yea, it's an account with user permissions ( I guess ).

sitetester is my little test user.
I use him to test features before they become available.
Before I assigned Nick a moderator I used sitetester to check to see that Nick had the correct permissions. Similar with the DriverWiki Editors Group I used him to make sure members of the DriverWiki group could access the correct forums.

He has immunity, no one can ever ban him!
Muhahahaha! and joeyss the first moderator this forum ever had.
