EDITS/ADD-ONS WILL BE CITED IN RED PRINT After a while of playing the game, I noticed that special traffic cars appear in certain races in career mode then in arcade mode, This same thing ahppened in Midight Club 2,not in the original, but thats becasue that they had a crap load of cars in the city in cruise mode.

Here's a list of special traffic cars Ive found so far:

•San Diego:

-Beach Patrol
-Yellow Taxi
-1978 Monte Carlo
-Cable Van
-Delivery Van (U-Haul Style)
-18 wheeler
-Garbage Truck
-San Diego Police Car
-San Diego Police Car (Low Poly Version)

•Atlanta:

-Cable Van
-Yellow & White Taxi
-78 Monte Carlo
-Firetruck
-Gas Truck
-Delivery Van (U-Haul Style)
-18 wheeler
-Electricity Truck
-Garbage Truck
-Cement Truck
-Atlanta Police Car
-Atlanta Police Car (Low Poly Version)

•Detroit:

-Yellow & Black Taxi
-Cable Van
-78 Monte Carlo

Now my question is: How come these cars dont appear in regular cruise mode? Whats the point of putting forth the effort to draw and create these vehicles if not to use them for everything?

Because if it would be like that your car wouldn't be anything special anymore … just look at NFS carbon: you have the possibility to buy and customize a Lexus IS and they are some driving on the streets but the son't look at all like your Lexus IS and they arent wreckable. In MC3DER cars are wreckable but I think it would take too much time to do that so they let it be …

You dont get it, This has nothing to do with the car YOU are driving, It has to do with irregular traffic cars that spawn only in missions, and not in cruise.
