I was watching videos on youtube about the Wheelman, when I saw one of him on foot. When I saw him run, I was hit by a memory of another game. When I saw how he carries a rifle when not in use(on his back), I was reminded of that same game. When I looked at his clothing, that game again. His hair(or lack thereof), that game yet again. The game is Manhunt, by Rockstar Games. The main character(James Earl Cash) and of Wheelman seem to have a lot in common.

Similarities:
Running
Rifle storing
Clothing
Hair(or lack thereof) style.

Coincidence? I think not.

I played Manhunt a bit quite some time ago (very boring game prefer Postal 2 ), I haven't seen much of The Wheelman either so I cannot really compare. But it would be highly unlikely that they would take ideas from something like Manhunt.
