Just taking a wild guess but it will defiantly be higher than the following:
3.2Ghz, 256MB 600Mhz Video Ram, 1gig ram
You should expect it to be very high since it's a Next Generation game.

GTA Vicy City all the way, 1 letter and a word......V Rock, best radio station in a game ever. Plus, the story worked to a degree and the game had some good voice actors like Ray Liotta.
