Yeah it's pretty beginner friendly. Compared to previous games the cars aren't as slippery (unless if you're playing on PC with a keyboard). The best way to play it is with all the assistances turned off, otherwise it's way too easy to beat it.

Just wondering because I packed up my old XBOX which had an amazing rally game for it which is not reverse compatible for xbox 360(get this. im talking about RSC2, that doesnt work on the 360 but RSC1 does! and RSC2 is the only game in the series that is XBOX exclusive and not to mention its the highest rated one. makes no sense does it?) and im looking for a good rally game for the 360

It's a good game. If you can, get WRC: FIA World Rally Championship as well. Unlike Dirt, it uses the WRC license so it has the WRC drivers and so on.

Thanks for the advice! I'll look into them. I almost wanna cry from not being able to play RSC2, that game was so great.
