into their browser and it just said they couldn't use this unless they were registered.

or it could be a stupid spambot trying to use the pm feature to spam other people without an account.

22 Jan 2006 is natural for guests as that is not a member and I joined up when the forum started up. Other than that I'm not sure what the problem with the picture you posted is.

I finally come online to notice a few annoying problems.

The sessions table is overloaded in the database and it's meant to automatically empty it's self.

Along with constant over CPU Usage errors.
Then I work out the portal page won't load.
All this has happened, and I have no idea what the hell is going on.
I've also noticed a sudden increase in hacking attempts it jumped from 23 to 2301 in the past week. Maybe one of those was successful, I'm looking into it. At least the board still works.

If someone tried to hack drivermadness, then nothing would work, but it seems that only the portal doesn't work …

I know there is a security hole in some of the template files, while I'll fix up when the problem is over!

But I know it isn't a problem with them, because those files all look in tact.
I believe it could be a software upgrade my host performed and the portal page isn't compatible.

If this is the case, my host will tell me as I have sent a support request asking them if they have recently upgraded anything.

If that doesn't work I'll try a few other things.

Unfortunately I have to go soon and I won't be online tomorrow. I'll make a global announcement telling everyone what has happened. Just so they know.

Hopefully this will all be fixed up by the end of Monday!
I'll alert anyone of anymore updates!

Really the portal isn't a really big hassle.
I just need to redirect traffic from the portal to the forum temporarily.
(So we don't lose traffic).
