I don't get the blue screen very much anymore because I have a faster PC. I used to get blue screens on my virtual machine all the time.

IDK. I didn't make it. It was made by someone else. I just found it and thought I should post it.

Windows 2003 is Windows XP except it looks like Windows 2000 and it is on a server. It still has everything XP has including the same shell32.dll.

Very of topic and random.
So I'll clean everything up.

Windows 98SE is the most reliable FAT32 operating system.
Windows 98 is nothing near Windows 2000. (Windows 98 is FAT32, Windows 2000 is NTFS) and there are so many changes they just look similar. Hell, you can make XP look like Windows 95, just enable the Windows Classic theme like I always do.
Windows 2003 Server :D that is! It was based off Windows 2000 and Windows XP 64bit is based off Windows 2003. While Windows XP 32bit is kind of based on Windows 2000.

Also the theme mentioned in the original post.
I think I seen that on Driver HQ when the site was up about 6 years ago.
