I'll put it in order of what would be the coolest. Vehicles, handling, cities, then characters. Weapons last, it would be hilarious to have a machine grenade launcher :mrgreen:

No it does not. They're only animated to look like ragdolls, so they really aren't ragdoll physics.
Yep, i've tried it and it's very funny, sometimes when the guy fells off the bike doing some esque ragdoll animation, dissapears on the ground and then stands up again. :mrgreen:

Ragdoll physics would be cool but I highly doubt we'll ever see them. It would probably require reverse engineering.
Reverese engineering is simple at the start, but it gets harder later.

Yes, but that one's terrible. If you'd want ragdoll physics, you'd have to copy GTA IV's RAGE Ragdoll Engine and copy it to San Andreas. (If GTA IV even has that)

No. Remember, Rockstar did NOT make their ragdoll physics, Natural Motion did. Euphoria is the physics engine they used. http://www.naturalmotion.com/gta-iv/1598/ If you want ragdoll physics like that, then someone would need to buy Euphoria. We would most likely have to make our own.

It'd be easier to make a Driv3r clone with rag doll physics than to put rag doll physics in the game. That would be a nightmare...
Well about ragdoll physics i did something like this with some peds:
In this video the peds are not scripted to avoid the car.

In my perspective this game needs to practically have every type of modding :mrgreen:
This is my perspective too, which is why it's taking me so long to finish making anything. I don't just focus on one thing at a time, I prepare for the future as well. It takes longer, but it will hopefully be worth it.
