Having a problem where I go to ‘Take a Ride’ and unlock all secret cars (on the second disk). Don’t know how to save this progress because every time I come back after playing it’s as if I never got them.

Go to the main menu, then go into Settings (or Options, can't remember), then go to Save Settings.
