So, I know some cars still use the BETA model but with different textures, maybe we can make like Fiat Panda's four circular lights with two big square lights?
About the Mustang in Miami, I know Skylabh had made a colour texture, but about the headlamps we could make it look like a real mustang.
And about the orange cars, we can change the textures to a different colour, but only orange so only orange cars appear, we need a script or the PS2/XBOX version of the colour files.
The Renault 5! The original Renault 5 had some black stripes on the back, we can make those too.

Sadly I don't know how to put and edit textures, so I <3 Skylabh! xD

Well, all we can do is to modify the textures. But for the models, as long as they could not be extracted from the files, there is no much more that we can do about it.
For the cars, by ripping and importing them in 3ds Max ( after reseting the Transform, Pivot and Xform ), you can modify them the way you want. A while ago i changed the shape of the front and rear lights, the hood, the back fenders of the citroen CX to make it look likes the beta model. Also changed the shape of the front bumper, front lights, hood for the mustang and added a license plate to the front of the car ( a kind of alpha version ). For the bumper you can see it in the videos of my channel.
Furthermore, the modding is mainly focused on the first Driver, because we have tools.
As for Driv3r, i do not know if it's because of its lack of popularity, or a lack of interest to try to modify the game.
If i had the necessary knowledge to decrypt the files, i will do it, but that's not the case.
