I think they were taken with a camera from the tv screen and cut out on software on the pc and it looks pretty weird. Well soon I might upload more screens which people can use to cut our the cars.

Or I can pre-cut the cars, or to save some of my time someone else could do all that!

I think it's too crowed with too much in their. Hopefully in the future I'll get enough time to make a better one!

sounds good! hopefully we don't get to many driv3rdoods here. I just had to delete a post insulting the driver series once again and if he does it again I'll most likely ban him on the spot for good this time!

Paint is the worst possible program you could do this stuff in!
You should look for a trial of Photoshop CS3 and try to learn that, it's a great program! Until the trail runs out of course!

There are also other great programs, I noticed other programs are better for different things, about 6 years ago I was using a program which could generate grass on an image very well and quite easily, you cannot do that in photoshop unless you use a plugin or a pre-existing image and cutting out all the grass yourself.

yearbook is a course you can take in high school where bascily, you skip go around the school for like 2 hours every day, and take pictures of totally random sh*t around the school, and about 1/20 of those pictures will appear in the yearbook.

I think you want something simple that is based what the forums look like.

Here is one I whipped up quickly... It's just to show my idea, The fonts etc. would have to be improved.

And I also think driver madness needs an official logo. (perhaps I see a competition coming )

PS... how to you embedd images into the post rather than adding them as attachments. I push the image button, but it asked for a URL, and I want to take it straight from my computer.

The huge image was kinda unnesiscary.

But yeah Lseven7, just go to http://www.imageshack.us and get the picutre hosted for free, the add the URL of the choices listed to you and enjoy.

All images that will be used for the Driver Kit will be hosted on the Driver Madness server whenever I get to updating the Driver Kit topic.

Mainly because imageshack deletes images on their sometimes, which can become a problem.

Also I should be templating the forum sometime in the future so the site will look different as time passes by.

and with the logo competition, well no one here really specializes in making logos and things like that. It could be worth a shot however I spend sometime into making one I could probably make a fairly good one!

Like the third one I created one ages ago, when the fansite kit was released but I never thought I used it!

This is my drawing of the bank robber in Driver: Parallel Lines.
Just to note I suck at drawing on paper so I traced it, colored it in and it looks like artwork from Driver 76.

If you want the source .fla .psd I made when creating these I will make these public for you to further improve and edit.

Well it was more of what I traced, the bank robber from that intro scene in Driver: Parallel Lines.

That screenshot you used looks like one of the beta screenshots from driv3r's beta stages.

and the image is very good, it inspires me to start using images in real life and gave me the idea of comparing thing from driver again!

I used to make half things from the real world and the other half from the driver world, I think I might apply something like that to the next signature I work on.

Soon I'll start putting things in the Driver Kit thread for people to use as their signatures.

At the moment I use the following programs
Flash 8 - For drawing sketches of the characters. As well as vector images.
Photoshop CS3 + CS1 - For filtering images and putting things together.

From looking at some of your ideas I think I'll upload some more my creations tomorrow!
