When invincibility cheat is on and a cop car explodes because it went through the road if Tanner is within the blast range why does he die?

Just a glitch.

Sort of figured it had to be one since the cop car exploding at random when going through the ground or in water is also a glitch.

Honestly I think the game's only two error handlers are

1. Create a rather large explosion.
2. Crash the game back to the desktop.
