It contains menu, splashscreen, loading screen and a game level with some demo stuff.

Just my two cents:

The physics need to be polished like a f***ing mirror if this project is going to be a success. Leave the cities half baked if you need to slack off on anything, that's totally fine by me, just work on those driving physics.

Nice work. WheelColliders probably need more tweaking about the height, suspension distance, suspension spring (spring, damper) and maybe the damping rate too.
So which vehicle physics package do you use?

Ok i never tested this one, so i don't know what it's worth in terms of vehicle physics (i'm using another one for years now).
