I decided to make another version of the already done Buick GSX model, by Dr.Doom and SOAP. First off, since the model that will be used is NC`s hidden beta model, the most important are the textures. Just take a look here, and you will see something:

See? First one uses 2x smaller textures, as compared to second. It`s not brutal, but! Seems like PSXVRAM uses smaller mipmaps for images.

Hum, yeah but your textures aren't more detailed still. If you reduce your textures by 2x, they will be the exact same ;) I think the correct size is the small ones. still, good luck for your model :)

You guys probably didn`t get what I meant.

I showed you both textures, just because if we can get better quality textures, this means that the PSX Driver and even Driver 2 are using 512x512 textures, instead 256x256. Do the calculations now :wink:
