Yeah, yesterday. Some fool (White van in the right of the picture in my sig) ran a stop sign, and didn't even look both ways and I t-boned them. I got hurt and was realeased from the hospital around 9:00 PM. I can't walk right.

The accident damage to my car is worse than it looks. The hood and wheelwell are bent which means I cant open my door. (Immediatley after impact I had to climb out of the window.)

That's true. God was on my side ( I think I'm like the only Catholic here so no one get pissed because I dont give a f**k ) because my windsheild didn't shatter out and my airbags didn't go off. (Even though I was going 35 MPH, she was Going 20, and the lowest recorded accident fatality was 12 MPH)

My body was crumpled up and my right hand (which was leaning on the horn and on impact my body crushed my hand inbetween myself and the steering wheel) got it pretty bad, but the first thing I thought crawling out of my car was "I'm alive, ... I'm still living..."

Lucky that punk ass b*t*h Coyote isn't here, he'd probably crack on your car. But as I said before, he's just jealous that he drives a piece of plastic on wheels that would crumple like a soda can if he hit a trash can at 10 MPH.

Sure a European car might have written its self off for your sake,, but you would have lost your car completely, though from the sound of it you might be better losing yours!

I recently was awarded about $2k from the courts after a similar accident, but where i was only the passenger, but the driver then was speeding and hit us at a canny wack! Well i wish u a fast recovery and hope your car is fixable!

I appreciate it man. I updated my myspace from the hospital last night, but as I said I was realeased around 9 PM, luckily I wasn't the driver at fault.

Unfortuantley, my car MAY be totalled, I might have to take the lady to court and sue her for everything she owes us. I don't want to do that, but I love my car too much and the frame looks bent but I'm waiting for a professional's word. If the frame is bent, then my car is totalled and I will. and the lady didn't seem to have much regret for her mistake when I kindly but monotonusly asked her if she was alright and gave me a rather colorful response.

I really DO NOT want a new car (which, if I end up having to get a new car it will be another Crown Vic anyways) so I PRAY that this one isn't totalled. I hope this can be fixed.

Yea, in my country we would get a healthy insurance payout that would go about halfway to a new car; but that's cos we have to insure our cars to be able to drive here! I dunno how the hell TK involved Hitler in this but whatever!

Well the cops wrote her a citation, saying that it was her fault, and she has to pay for my car and hospital bill. If my car is totalled I will have to sue her for whats mine, and what I deserve.

Well you have to be insured over here too, driving without insurance, and getting in an accident or cought, can get you a ticket, or worse. That still doesn't mean everyone has insurance though, and if you do get hit by someone without it, then you are fucked.
