A hack or a cheat to make NY always night?

i tried changing some stuff at the folder called 'moods' but windows is not letting me to do it.
so is there something at here that manage to do it or knows how to do it

If you've driven over 700miles you'll unlock a cheat called Night/Night!
Once you've you reached 700miles you can go to the Cheats menu and activate it there.

i have already passed 700 miles :S
so i unlocked that cheat but i never realised it.
thanks madness!
i'm going to turn the cheat on right now

You must delete the write protection to edit the files of the game.
