just so you know, DPL doesn't need to be installed it is a copy paste game, just put your save in the folder it tells you. and BAM! also DPL works on windows 7.

find the exe, right click, then properties, then compatibly, then run compatibly for windows vista BAM!

i got sick of putting the disc in and not to mention it was getting really scratched up so yea. but if i remember i was having the problem before i installed the crack. dont worry i didnt pirate the game i bought it off amazon 3 years ago and the disc is close to biting the dust so i downloaded the crack so i wouldnt have to risk re-buying the game

My specs are
some old sh*tty intel dual core processor 1.60ghz
2gb ram
some old nvidia card
i had xp on this computer before windows 7 came out and it worked without a problem on xp.
my problem is that i cant change eras or return to main menus. if i try doing that it will crash to desktop

I have windows 7 and it only sometimes crashed with those reasons.

crashes for me everytime. if i want to switch eras i have to do it as soon as the game finishes loading. if i do it a minute after loading it crashes. i never can go back to the menu though

I also have Windows 7 but I don't have any problems. It only crashed when I used a no-cd patch.

maybe i should try an iso image can someone send me the original exe though i forgot to make a backup...
