The one thing I don't like about the PC version is that at least a third of the original Soundtrack was removed because of expired licensing.

Anyone know how to bring it back?

Yes there is a mod. It is called Restore PS2 Music and it can be found by searching "Driver Parallel Lines Restore PS2 Music".
