I made a really epic one, but I want to get the file instead of watching and recording.

Uhm, what? You're only going to be able to get the saved replay files from the PC version.

Replay files are saved in a special format only viewable by using the game itself. It isn't like a .AVI or .MPEG.

I really hope he wasn't thinking that's what it was like.

As Badnick said, the replay isn't saved like a regular video - it's saved in a format DRIV3R recognizes. If you want to show other people the video (assuming it's on PC), you'll have to use a recording software (like FRAPS) to record the replay as it plays. That's the only way, really.
