But the format in how it's used is currently unknown. I don't have enough people helping me figure out what does what, maybe Skylab will start helping, who knows!

Well i just wanted to swap the taxi with the train, but i think i have changed the wrong value lol. This is rather a coincidence. The same thing happens to the police prowler in Miami. One of the wheel was more elevated than the others. I would like to help in decoding formats, but i do not have the skill of Carluver or other guys here.

I basically don't have the skills either, it's all a guessing game. All you need to know is how hexadecimal works, what float values are like, what an offset is, and just the other very basic stuff, and you would know as much as I do :P
