animation modding

ok so you may ask me wtf is this post but the reason is this:

how did i did it?

simple. Animationlookup.txt contains all of the animations for tanner, cops, pedestrians etc... so basicly renaming let's say... male_tanner_standing_idle to male_idle_scratch (2nd picture) we get awesome result.

but there is one problem... i tried to make tanner's animations intro a cop's. so that he will stand.. few seconds later he will look at watch etc. etc. tried everything but no result.

also male_arrested and igcs animation will crash the game, so try not to use them :wink:

It seems there is an issue with the pics from imageshack.us. I have fixed this for you :)

I highly doubt it, that stuff is controlled through the MPC files, which are basically compressed flowgraph mission files. It's going to be nearly impossible :?
