alright, so i haven't been playing driver for a while, i have been modding a old game called MAFIA, and i did make mods on it

now i wanna change tanner clothes cause i feel like it now i need a tuto that someone can tell me to open up the clothes file, I.E IMG tool is for Any GTA 3 game to open up the texture and moddels files (cars etc etc) while Spark IV does the same but for GTA IV.

Now theres Mafia and Mafia 2 have the files already in the game dirctory to open etc etc,

Now DRIV3R how to open files, if i can figure out from someones help, then il glady make some new clothes for tanner, and put nice decails on some rides, what i mean from decails like how in HFS you put those stickers or w.e for your cars liek flames tribal, i can do it i just need to know to how to open those files.

BTW: i made texture mods in FLight simulator X and 2004, and those games are hard to make texture mod works.

that looks good but i want to make something to mkae tanner go in flasy clothes, look like to ol maimi in the 80's and 90's wiuth the pastel colours, imnotsaying your mod is bad, but i have crazy ideas and im willing to do them with the help from a expert and you look like it

EDIT: i just read the Driv3r files and they are on crack compared to a other game.

The picture is pretty big. You should try to reduce it size.
You can open the *.skm files with a text editor.

what tool? where to get?

EDIT: the folder that shows pictures of clothes and that, some of the textures were modded by me, so this means i can mod if i know how to open
