right maybe the BigV03 is where the car data is kept i made all of them act like it was Miami I copy the Miami and over write the nice and Istanbul! the rpm now goes higher but i am going to keep experimenting see what else i am able todo.

With RPM you mean: RPM Package Manager, right?
Which file format has this BigV03 file and can you extract it?
I'll try to install my Driv3r copy and try to mod it

yes I have been doing some other experiments and found out on the mission "Booby Trap" you con't go as fast I have discovered original files you will go about 90mph but when you overwrite the car goes 72mph this maybe evidence supporting that the car data is in fact BigV03!

So, what exactly?

maybe there is a-way to be able to read the file but I know that if you overwrite you get different performances from the cars and they sound different I tried Istanbul this time and in Miami the go-kart has a slight wheelie and the bus was one of the fastest this proves that it must be something to do with performance!

Is this for the PC version or the console version?
