While modding DRIV3R I did get to see what the development menu looked like but it wasn't functional of course as developers most likely removed the code required to successfully run it.

Otherwise my way of being able to view it isn't supposed to work with the program reflections wrote to achieve this.

I think there could be activated via the Command Line Interface with Command Line Arguments (Switches).

If you guys are talking about when you press start in Take a Ride mode and you see "Render" and "Game" then I know what you're talking about. I was confused and made a video of it but as said before it isn't functional...lol and here I was thinking I discovered something new..
