Yeah like you walk up to the console to activate the mini game, and say it lets you play a level of Driver 2 on the screen

Apart activate some switches, there's not a great interactivity in this game . It would require to code some new functions to be able to play an arcade game.
Just to clarify, the Driver 2 screen on the arcade monitor is a resized screenshot taken with ePSXe. I had to follow the curvature of the crt monitor.
