Hmm.. possible not a GTAIV mod, but heavily modified Driver. I mean modified newpaper model, GFX edit on headlights and other stuff like 3D wheels. That`s it.

I think this is a very sophisticated Driver mod, since LaV even mentioned himself he can do much more modding than simply just cars...

Expect more stuffs from me in the oncomming days, and not just model/texture mods.

Nope this isn't really sophisticated, (and I did already said that the answer has been guessed) it is just a side project for when I'm bored, so it goes RLY slowly, because I'm working on another more "complex" project.

Anyway, not related to this, has anyone managed to get a D3D (6) hook up and running?

Now I see what you've done. You're doing something similar to what SOAP has done and you've created your own game that uses Driver models. You extracted all of the little pieces from iview.lev, the buick, and the taxi and you made them driveable vehicles in this little side project that you have going, which is pretty much looking like a Driver remake if that.

Okay, you got me. This is a screenie from GTA IV, and for now I'm trying to port Newcastle (By hand because I have no clue about LEV files, so guess how a 20k pieces puzzle looks like heh, and this is also the reason I need some help from Someone)

The reason I wanted to do this is mainly because of complications I got while trying to make a Driver Multiplayer mod (spoiled again).

I'll say more when I will be back home..

Ps: i just downloaded Test Drive Unlimited to mod it unfortunately it runs a bit slow even on very low res.

Anyway, how did you managed to get out the parts from that lev file? DTE2 displays only few models, not the whole city, unfortunately

This isn't just limited to cars, but also cities. Note that a DMS wrapper is also on it's way
