Nice start.
What's wrong with the surface? It looks well enough, after all you are probably (?) going to bake it so some details will disappear. Could you post a wire'd screenshot?

I think it is easier than 3ds max. I use it and I think it is very good software.

It depends of what you likes. Personnaly, I do use 3DS. I never got into Blender's interface which is quite disgusting for me (just my 2 cents heh ;d )

I finished the high poly...(well it is sufficient for what i want to bake)

can you make screens with perspective?

RacingFreak yes blender helps giving a nice look

by the way it is not very simple to start Blender but with time i can see advantages.

Make sure you keep the high poly models so that when the new importer is released, you can import those instead!

It's nice but i'd say the front's too high. Or is it just me? Plus we can see through the rear wheel's panel. But yeah, it's cool

Actually, you can fix reflections right now by using the vertex patch. It's a bit complicated but it works.

Dr. Doom i tird the vertex fix but i havent managed to make it work
Submaniac yes true i have modified front. But for the inside, i very short in triangles, so that i can t hide it. I just need two more tris !!!

Texture replacement:
usedriver texture editor:
-File/ open / LEV/ browse the level file to find "miami_01.lev"
-browse the texture names on the right until you reach texture 134
-click it / image /import
- choose one of the 3 .bmp textures:
File / save
To install the car model:
-copy everything to the level file
-run IMPORT_MODEL.bat

I love the texture, except headlights, they are too.... smoothly mapped? I don't know how to describe it.

good observation again: it was just copy paste from a reference picture.
