Adding AddCivCar 8,0,1,0,2216, X , Y ( X and Y is the position you set to start ( Mission , Take a ride or Driving games ) , or to set targets!) will appear a cop car from a position you set it !

That's it Adding a AddCivCar 8,0,0,5,Z,X,Y to a place you set , you are summoning ( adding ) a car that you are driving!
For example if you are driving the Crazy Fast Car , Car Number #17 , then you add the command , you are adding a car like yours parked in the position you set it!

The Command I used to make this in San Francisco!

SetPlayerPosition 360117,45390 //Presidio's Alley
SetPlayerYRotation 3045
AddCivCar 8,0,0,13,2500,363500,48000
AddCivCar 8,0,0,14,3045,363500,46500
AddCivCar 8,0,0,13,3045,363500,45500
AddCivCar 8,0,0,7,3045,363500,44500
AddCivCar 8,0,0,6,3045,363500,43500
AddCivCar 8,0,0,14,3045,363500,42500
AddCivCar 8,0,0,2,4045,362500,41500
AddCivCar 8,0,0,14,4045,361500,41500
AddCivCar 8,0,0,5,4045,360500,41500
AddCivCar 8,0,0,1,5045,360500,43500

As you know the first position is your ( Set Player Position , Set Player Rotation.....) , if your Mission147.dms is original from the game ( Non-edited yet ) , you only have to add the civicars :D

Don't forget to make a backup before editing it 8)

You can do thoes thing in Driver Mission Conigurator ;)

You can also do a lot more. Like make your own car faster, brake better choose the cop's speed and mood etc... it's great

If you want dead on co-ordinates, you can use the Driver Co-Ordinates ripper. It's super easy to use and spits out dead accurate positions! You can use it to make civ car roadblocks, create new spawn points, place cop cars, etc.

I was the one who suggested this program!

but when I try to replace my mission147.dms in the mission folder in says Accses is denied. WHY??

It's probably a permission issue. Right-click and go into properties to check them out.

Put them anywhere after the player's position...can't think of the lines off the top of my head.
