Adding AddCivCar 8,0,1,0,2216, X , Y ( X and Y is the position you set to start ( Mission , Take a ride or Driving games ) , or to set targets!) will appear a cop car from a position you set it !

That's it Adding a AddCivCar 8,0,0,5,Z,X,Y to a place you set , you are summoning ( adding ) a car that you are driving!
For example if you are driving the Crazy Fast Car , Car Number #17 , then you add the command , you are adding a car like yours parked in the position you set it!

As you know the first position is your ( Set Player Position , Set Player Rotation.....) , if your Mission147.dms is original from the game ( Non-edited yet ) , you only have to add the civicars :D

Don't forget to make a backup before editing it 8)

If you want dead on co-ordinates, you can use the Driver Co-Ordinates ripper. It's super easy to use and spits out dead accurate positions! You can use it to make civ car roadblocks, create new spawn points, place cop cars, etc.
