I don't like the model that was given to us. Is there a way to change what it looks like?

Right now, we can change the texture, but not the actual model itself. That could be changed in the near future, though.

I was thinking. By using the Texture Editor and editing them in Photoshop, could you possibly change how long the vehicle is by selecting it in PS and stretching out the textures?

The texture editor is simply a texture editor. It will change nothing but the textures. Nothing else.

Hopefully later this year we will see WheelMan's dream come true. Exporting models is very possible right now, I've done it to plenty of them, but Importing is being worked on. It's friggin' awesome! If I get his permission, I'll show off the DMV (Driver Model Viewer).

Oh, that's sounds like a long time, lol. What about the PS version of the game? Is it possible, with all the gameshark and other hacks, to drive a cop car in Take a Ride mode?

Yes and no. You can drive the player cop cars using a Gameshark code for Los Angeles and New York, but you cannot drive the civillian cop cars that chase you.

Using gameshark I have seen it possible to drive the legit traffic cars in TAR mode for PSX. (PS1)
