I'm downloading the demo right now and i'm going to take a look inside the miami file!

Fail. Nothing is in the demo. It is the same exact files from the retail versions.

Oh, but I did find some really old files.
"DIAGNOSE.DAT" and "SERIES.DAT"
They do nothing though

Nope. Not directly anyway. Driver uses 256x256 15/8 bit textures, so unless the person that made it was going to scale it down then I'd say probably not.
You could put it in if you wanted though using my (currently pretty crappy) Driver Texture Editor. </shameless plug>
