How to go in the prison
Just use the prison glitch and you can enter he prison whenever you want. In 2006 they are no constructions anymore.
How to get the prison bus
Oh my god

I wrote an entire book about it lol I already explained it, but I don't know where that post is now, but it isn't as easy as you think...

You can't keep the bus forever, that for sure (but it will be added to the numvber of vehicles you have in the stats).

Well in the pc version the prison glitch doesn't work as well.
In the pc version you can repeat the mission, but you cannot in any other version.
Which version of the game do you have?
pc, xbox, ps2, wii
with these questions we can give you better answers!

as you have the ps2 version you can easily get into the prison by the wall( you'll get inside the wall) or repeat the mission

That's the video I was looking for, well I was looking for the post but oh well doesn't matter now because this technique doesn't seem to work as well with the pc version.
But I didn't know Hack0r posted it Zoton2 did =D It's his server the file is hosted on. Hack0r Posted the technique though.

You can use that technique for everything, it works everywhere ( you can even enter the police station ). I did that in Driver 76 and I discovered a lot of things I didn't in Driver Parallel Lines.
In Driver 76 the police station is not the same as in Driver Paralell Lines. It's smaller and it's not at the same place. And I got in with that prison trick. I thought I would find some things about the next Driver or maybe Tanner but the only things I saw were some shields with
Turn sirens off !! and
Don't even think to park here.
I also managed to enter the prison. When you go in, it looks quite okay, but then lol … you can go thru buildings, sometimes you fall thru the land, the buildings are in the air, lol that was funny, and they are no walls, nothing

In Driver Parallel Lines it's in Manhattan, in Driver 76 in Queens.

On the Wii verson the prison busses actually DRIVE AROUND near the prison but they don't show up in the garage thanks to Ubisoft being lazy lol. I haven't tried to drive it into the prison though. I did get the watch towers to shoot at me on the Xbox somehow though. I think i shot the big door or smashed a bus into it lol.

Where's the prison in 1978 ?

It's not at the same place as in 2006 …

I have a good way to get into the prison. One: Get a heavy vehicle (Prison van, semi or tank) with nitro (unlimited is best). 2: get TWO vehicles from traffic and line them up with the fronts facing the gates. Three: Go behind one vehicle and use nitro to FULLY push the car through. Four: Push the other vehicle almost completely in. Try to get it around the back wheel. Five: Try to get into the vehicle partally in. If it doesn't work, try different lengths into the gate. Also the prison IS in the same place. The huge metal gates and the watch towers near the airport.

I'm on Xbox and the best era is in the 70's since the construction is there and the pest partal car is the Grand Valley.
Posted: Mon Nov 12, 2007 5:47 am
by Coyote
You can drive the Grand Valley in 2006 too.

I know that lol, it's just that the prision in the 70's is cooler to get into.

You can get into the prison in 2006 as easy as in 1978. And they are no constructions anymore.
