in new jersey in driver parallel lines on the road that has the railroad tracks going over it i can't remeber what side. but i think it is on the right but theres an other road near it. usually you would go one way in one lane and they would go t he other but on these roads the cars in both lanes are going the same way and that is toward you.

does anybody know anything about this.

Sounds to me like you are driving the wrong way down a one way street. I was told on the Manhattan island all the streets are actually one way. but reflections must have changed this for the game.
