But yes, probably not easy to find.

CarLuver: every PS2 game I insert in my Mac has an IMG file inside the CD folder, it’s the Apple Disk Image format, and this is usually where the whole content is located. I’ve opened it ages ago to get my hands on some of the tracks, and if dire straits says the tracks are in there, then it probably means I’ve already opened it It’s no surprise however, I open .IMG files on a daily basis. And it’s not a Reflections format lol. Where do you have that from?
