Do you guys think that Ubi based a ped off of him? I think so. He looks exactly the same as that pedestrian.

A random black dude... ? How am I supposed to know who he looks like if you don't have a picture of what the ped looks like?

Ubisoft didn't even developed Parallel Lines. Obviously you mean Reflections.
Anyway, I don't care if they based a pedestrian in this guy or not. All I care in DPL is leaving the cops eating dust.
