Hey everyone,

I got my hands on the Wii version of DPL, and they've changed it, a lot. One of the changes is that the music has changed, and the changes are completely different from the PC version.

Well, they've not only taken songs away, they've also added new ones! I think they're new, because I've never heard them in DPL before. I don't have the names of the songs yet, but I might look in the back of the manual to see if it says.

They have also removed some songs. These include "One Way or Another" by "Blondie" (one of the best ones in '78 ) and in '06, they took out "Sealings" by "Yeah Yeah Yeahs" (another good song I actually liked, good it's in the PC version though, so I have some sort of good copy of it.)

They have removed (and put in) other songs too, but...

1) I haven't played it for more than a day...
2) I've only just got to '06, after completing '78 (of course )

So, yeah. I'll try to find out what the new songs are soon. One sounds like it's by "Avril Lavigne" but I doubt it...

Good thing I'm only renting it for now!

EDIT: According to the back of the booklet, some (if not all) of the songs are courtesy of this company...

I'm thinking this happened because a different development team developed the wii port. Apparently reflections interactive worked on PC, XBOX and PS2 release as well as working a little bit on the PSP release of Driver: 76.

Wrong - the song first appeared on the album "Parallel Lines", which was released in September 1978. The single was released in 1979.

Does the Wii version have Lovin' Spoonful's "Summer in the City"? You can hear it in this vid.

"One way or another" is a song by Blondie in the album "Parallel Lines", and this album is released in 1978, not 1979.
