I keep hearing about a free garage u can unlock, providing u have 99,999 dollars. If so, where is this garage? or is it something else...

When you reach $99,999 you can visit any of Rays Garages and get free stuff (vehicle upgrades, paintjobs, weapons, ect). You no longer have to pay for anything.

Alternatively you could enter "TOOLEDUP" in the cheat screen to unlock a similar cheat.

I reached $99,999, and I am not getting anything for free. Why is this happening to me?

First off, I beat the game before I attempted this. Oh, that might be why. Ray died towards the end, so that might have blown my chance. Somebody get Madness over here.

Second, I don't believe in cheats. They ruin the game.
