I've been driving for quite a while now, yesterday I met 7500 Miles, but still haven't found the Paramedic and Security Van. Who can tell me how anw where to find these?

Hmmm, i think the paramedic is kinda rare. If you feel like putting in cheats, you can get them all.

if you want all the cars both 76 and 06 eras for PC

go options in game > cheats > enter cheat code

and the code is CARSHOW (i think)

In a second profile I used the cheat, but searching for them is more fun than cheating them. My theory was if I have it in one profile and then switch to the second the computer still remembers them, but this failed
