I found this interview with someone from Midway talking about "The Wheelman" this is some talk about the relativity of the driver series. Also discussion about ex-Ubisoft Reflection employees working for them.

Interesting. It's good that Driver has a real rival, because it can give some inspiration to the Ubisoft Reflections guys and (I hate to say this) doesn't do the same mistake like in Driv3r and Parallel Lines.

i really like V8 Supercars 3 (Australian Name), ToCa Race Driver 3 (everywhere else)

I'm not sure what EA Black Box is, but they're most likely re-locating because it's cheaper to develop games in Canada. That's why Ubisoft Reflections outsource developers from Montreal, Canada.

Well it's also called "DTM Race Driver 3" in Germany.

Black Box is already located in Canada (in Vancouver). I just said that because their NFS games are... terrible and they should be relocated in Newcastle to learn proper racing games.
