2 years ago, in Nice, I found a Secret city. Well it's not realy a secret city but like a secret place. And I totally forgot in, but yesterday, when I was playing Driv3r I re-discovered it and had the idea to share that with you

So. Start in Nice. Don't forget to activate invincibility. Turn the cops off. And choose that boat umm… not the cigarett boat, not the one which is also in Miami, but the other one. And start on the river. Then go under the bridge (highway) ans stop at the 3rd Palm tree (or 4th) at the left. Now, go to the front of the boat, jump on one of those things on the side, and try to jump over. Once you're there, you should find like a little entry. Enter there and … Welcome ! There, you'll find houses (you can even go in in some), boats, mountains (from these mountains you can see Nice from a special view) and even a highway.
Maybe you remember the mission in Nice where you had to go with Dubois to the boathouse. And remember: Vauban standed on a … bridge ?! something like that ... and you might be asking how to go there, cause you can't just jump over. Well, you have to pass thru the whole "Secret city" and maybe you'll find that place. Looks like a little, nice place in the city, there's a Restaurant, a boat, some lights,…

Why does everyone want a video ? I know you don't understand it, but once you're there and you read what I wrote it's easy !

No it's not weird. I guess you were not really to the 'city' it takes very long to go there, it's very far away.

Just put a damn video up!

I made a couple of years ago with the xbox version and a video recorder.

I still have it on a dvd but it makes tanner look fat because it was recorded in widescreen and was sent out as a letterbox, if you understand all that video stuff you'll know what I mean.

I may be able to upload the video, it'll look better than one taken with a camcorder and I might be able to fix that up, unfortuanatly I done this with loads of amazing videos I created.

Anyways I remember ages ago finding that spot where you can get a large boat near a rock and you can jump out onto the land and you can walk a long way and then go into the water and then swim a long way to get where that mission started and you had to save dubis.

I achually got out of that area and continued swimming for another couple of hours and was able to get to another interesting place, wasn't anything that great. That I can remember.

Oh yea it is, the view is just great, you can view Nice from the mountain and that looks amazing =)

So … should I make a new video or not ?

If you cannot be bothered I'll try and find the video I took before.
Or... I could competly re-do it on the pc version, it's pretty much exzactly the same as the xbox version and then I can post the video in a couple of hours from now if I have enough time and hopefully I do.

I tried getting there, but didn't find anything on the left side of the river. Further along on the right however, there is a blue container and some buidlings that ive known about for a while. You can go behind them and climb up a whole lot of mountains behind the city, and find places to fall under the city. Is this the same place or somewhere else?

but yeah it's there where you can see the whle city from the mountain.

Strange: in the PC version the boat is not at the same place as in the PS2 version .

It's close enough isn't it.
I didn't notice too much difference, that I can remember from the ps2.
But I did play the xbox version a lot more.
I only played the ps2 version a tiny bit to find the xbox version was way better!

Yeah, i love to get out of the city and walk on the mountains! : p

Yeh that's right but it's a lot more difficult to get to North Miami that to this place in Nice.
I wrote a hole tutorial how to get to North Miami, and I posted it here in summer I think ( Here it's winter now ).

I actually had to vote no on this one. After I started to play DPL, I played D3 ONCE and hated it. I played it some more and could not get back into it.
It bores me now.

Then you're not a good Driver fan .

can you tell me how to get into the secret city, i did once but i forgot how to do it?

This looks pretty cool! I'm going to try this later on my PS2. The cool thing about Driv3r is all the glitches you can exploit.
