Speedometer in take a ride

¿Is that even possible? because you only get to have a speedometer in one of the nice missions and then you will never see it again

Maybe by modifying the TAR mission script but it's just a guess.

I asked klaknik about this a while ago, never got a response. I'm assuming you could enable it by looking at that bomb car mission and finding the switch for it.
