Driver Madness

Now, I know what you may be thinking, "Survival can't be completed".

But, I've recently found out by accident, it actually can be completed:


In order to complete survival mode, you have to max out the timer. In other words, you have to survive FOR A FRICKIN' HOUR.
This can be achieved by reaching a location the A.I. cannot reach, and then you simply leave the game running.

I remember in Driver 1 (PS1) you could just pull onto the sidewalk if the cops were down the road from you, and they'd stop driving. This worked only if you stopped as well. You could proceed to sit there forever.

To be honest, Driv3r's cop car A.I. is so broken it's kinda hard to tell. Sometimes they can't even drive on roads properly...

The speedboost/rubberband effect usually causes them to lose control and plow into everything in sight.
And since they abuse that ability in Survival mode....well...sh*t hits the fan, big time.

Also, I've read somewhere that all the cheats can be unlocked by beating every driving game, is this true? (Because if it was proven wrong, the person who did so probably didn't play survival for an hour)

Oh come on, they had their day off. Wanted to have fun a little.

Though, I think you just had to beat the game for the cheats.

I never knew this for a long time. Whenever I played Survival mode I would continue driving once all the cops got taken out.

But Seriously, never seen a A.I. as retard as in this game .

omg, that's f***ing hilarious!

That video is the reason why I'm sure nobody can really hate driv3r. It makes you want to go "aww" and laugh your guts off at the same time.
