Driver Madness

Does anyone have the Driv3r music when your in Take A Ride mode?
Like Miami Day, Night, Dawn, Dusk and the cop ones and same with Nice and Istanbul?
Help please because i want to download them.

There is a program you can use to extract them that was created by some russian programmers. Have a read of http://drivermadness.net/main/viewtopic ... sc&start=0 for more information. The link to dowload the program is on the third page.

Yeah, I have it...
and I know it's taken me about 3 months for me to upload it and get it ready but this time round I'm 100% sure that I'll be able to upload it lunch time tomorrow and it should be ready by then.

I'll also soon start working on uploading Driver 2 (GBA), Driver and some music from the mobile games soon.

yeah i just wanted to know is that tomorrow lunch time again or at night or what? and how r u uploading it like from a library or something and where will the files be when it is uploaded? and one more whats the file size(mb, gb)?

I'll pm you a link when the downloads ready. The size is about 50 to 60MB and hopefully I'll get it done tonight but if I can't I'll just make sure I get it done tomorrow.

I went to do it today and I couldn't find the files and then I decided to go back and extract them from the game again and guess what the audio was all screwed up it would only go for about 40seconds and all that time I could just hear hissing noises. I'll try to resolve the issue however I did try it on two computers.

Anyways if someone else has time if they could do it for me it would be great. However I'll work on getting it working on Friday because I got loads of time and then on Monday I'll make another attempt and it should work if I got it working on Friday.

I'm so annoyed after making you wait so long that something as annoying as this happens. Anyways I'll work on it and try and get it again.

If all fails I have some files from the source and I'll upload them.

I can do it, I was able to "get" Driv3r for the PC and was able to extract the music from it. Now all I'd have to do is tag the MP3s that I generate, but I don't know where half of the music comes from

What does tag mean?

Adding an ID3 tag to them so you would know what music comes from where.

Ok I still don't know, but if you don't have to add a tag to it then don't worry about it just upload them PLEASE!!!!!

Well I might try this sometime soon, I might start tonight (but it's getting late and my hard drive space is low right now, but enough to make the files) and I'd try to tag them by playing the missions and such and matching the music up.

Madness, is there a chance you can give me FTP access to somewhere on the server to upload these? Thanks!

EDIT: I heard there is like 1 or more extra mission(s) in Driv3r on the PC, if so what is/are it's/their name(s)? I need them for the tag(s).

yes!!!!!! finally i will have it. one thing how big is the file size???

I would expect the filesize to be no larger than 50MB however it depends on compression and the codecs used to compress the audio file.

Hey, I need some help here from someone who has Driv3r installed on their computer, probably madness...

In the Music folder, is there a "20.XA" file? There isn't on my installation but if it exists, it should be "Hunted". Or does "Hunted" use another Missions background music?

apparently 21.xa doesn't exist as well as many other music files which where probably removed from the final release of the game.

While I was working on the Driver Modding site I created many documents which tell us all about the files and I just located the music file for you to check out if it's any help. You can view this file as I've attached it.
