So I was trying to get the Istanbul Policeboat with a little help of Action Replay Max. It didn't work. Instead I found out that when choosing Istanbul cars in Miami, no traffic will appear and there will only be pedestrians and parked cars. Reminds me of 28 Days Later.
I wanted to record it, but sadly the only way I could do so was by pointing my camera at the screen. Sorry.
