i'm just playing right now Driv3r on my PS2 at the 1st Miami Getaway
playing with the Mustang i noticed something familiar with the Mustang's body...
go play Driver 1 PSX with cheats for unselectable cars
take a ride in Miami with the Charger and look very very carefully the Superfly car's body (Dodge Charger!!)
doesn't looks like the Mustang from Driv3r and viceversa?? O.o
weird but cool...

Yeah, they're going to reuse an uber low poly model from a game that was developed bunch of years ago. Makes sense to me, seems very legit indeed.

you were not suggesting that they used the same model, merely that the 2 models look the same.
