Secret Track Hidden in Game Files

I discovered a track in Mission 2's XA file that was not used in the main game. I compiled it into a video and put it on youtube.

The normal, non-pursuit song for 02.XA.
Offcial soundtrack name is Blood Shaped.

So it has been seen before? Why is it in the game at all though when it isn't even used?

It's also in the "Making of Driv3r" video. Also was used in one trailer.

I don't remember the Making of Driv3r video I'll have to rewatch it and I haven't seen any of the trailers.
