I was browsing the Animations folder today and found the file "male_arrested.anm". Can you actually even get arrested in Driv3r?

Yes, you can. But it does not actually show the animation of Tanner being arrested.

That's what it does?

No, he must be mistaking with other game or he's on crack. When you're arrested, it only shows "Arrested" on the screen and then the game over menu.

I found some code in AnimationLookup.txt. It does have it listed in there. It may be exclusive to the PC version. Maybe if someone could tell me how they got busted, I may check it out.

Best chance at getting just busted is keeping the felony behind the little line in the felony bar.

And do what? Just sit there?

Yes. If you keep it behind that line, the cops never fire their weapons. They will walk up to you, say their oft-repeated lines, and arrest you. No special animation at all, Tanner just holsters his weapon.

Maybe we could convert the one from DPL from when that gang member got busted in the "Wheelmaan" mission. That mission was classic.
