Yeh, Nice is the best city for jumping around in, origionaly I liked Miami because it had lots of colour and it felt alot better to drive around in. But I still vote for nice because i play it the most, and I beleave this is because of the stunts and the fast car which can only be found in nice.

It would be nice if they where able to re-create 10cities per game and make them all the size of Parallel Lines which was about 260miles of road.

To do this they would need a really big team, alot of funding. The PS3's Blu-Ray disk. And for the XBOX360 version they may need a few disks to put it on.

Or maybe have the PS3 version as a special edition with alot more content :D

and a pc version that includes the external hard drive needed to hold the game :D

lol, well you wouldn't need an external HDD, my computer now has 360gig of HDD space, however it's completly filled up. But Blu-ray drives are coming in PC's now, really expensive PC's. However game developers won't use Blu-Ray in PC games for quite a while, it was the same with DVD's because not enough people had them, these day's it's almost impossible to buy a new CDROM or CDRW drive, as there out of date, and people use DVD now.

sony have made blu ray but toshiba has made hd dvd. ive heard that the chosen next gen of disks is still unclear between the two.

I think we are going to all have to choose both of them.

Blu-Ray is 10gig larger but not as reliable.
and HD-DVD is more reliable.

And everyone has to decided about more space or realiablility.
And I hear there really isn't any realibility issue.

[hr]

Just to note:
CD's - you can scratch them and nothing happens, yay...
DVD's - a few scratchs are alright but to many deep ones and read-errors will occur, hmm....
HD-DVD & Blu-Rau - *guess* small scratchs will cause read errors to occue nooo....

Ok that was just a guess with the blu-ray and hd-dvd one, but i'm pretty sure the smallest scratchs would cause harm. It's werid the next-generation after generation in writable media could be getting worse in reliability rather than in capacity.

if hd dvd is more reliable than blu ray hopefully it is more relable than dvd and cd.
my old cds dont work because the actual organic material with the information on has come of in small parts :(

I think everything these days are poorly made. I think they should really work on making writable media lasting a long time.

And that reminds me about a metal plated cd-r which you could purchase for about AU$9 a piece.

Miami is fine but it's just to empty if you know what I mean. There really aren't too many jumps or alleyways and Miami Survival is the worst of the three. It does have the best cars in the game though.

As for Nice, I voted for it. It may not be that good in real life but it is in the game. The hills, ramps, tight alleyways and just the general feel provide a good driving experience. Plus, Nice Survival is the most exiting because of all the possibilities.

Istanbul has some interesting architecture and map design but the cars are crap. There's maybe 3 or 4 that are worth driving the rest, boring. Istanbul is a little dark too so that's a little annoying. Though, Istanbul does have the Chase mission so the final standings go like this Nice, Miami, Istanbul.

This was posted months ago so you probally already know but Blu-Ray disc's have a protective coating so you can beat the sh*t out of them and they still work fine.

They've just done Nice really well in the game... It's got so many jumps allyways hills etc... miami and istanbul are pretty flat. In the game, Istanbul has the feeling that it was rushed when they were creating it as it was the last city in the game.
And this topic isn't about the real life cities (i've never been to any of them so I'm unbiased anyway) its about what they are like in Driv3r

Yeah, that unlock is awesome.
The only annoying thing is when you hit things in that mode you get damage. So to avoid that from happening you use the health cheat!

and then you can make things go flying everywhere!

Istanbul has the infinite mass cheat which can make some awesome crashes and hillarious glitches (I've had a few busses go flying in the air!)
