Driver Madness

I noticed that safehouses in Istanbul have many rooms, and only one of those rooms gets rid of your felony, has health, and has guns. There is one safehouse where I could not find the room. That safehouse is the one in the "Surveillance" mission. Does anybody know where I can find it?

Yeah, I think it's in Driv3r, no 100% on that though.
