Just wondering, how hard do you guys think the game was? I voted for easy because although I beat the game several times, I found "The Chase" to be impossible. I usually skip that mission to avoid wasting time. If it wasn't for that, I would have voted for the easiest game ever.

I will vote for medium. Some missions were really easy, but there were others that kept me playing for hours.

The only one that kept me playing for hours was "The Chase". Other than that, I can fly through missions.

Wow. Somebody actually thought it was hard? That is sad. I guess I should post a strategy guide.

Wow. I didn't even have to look up the ST*U thing. I am so smart even though I never saw it before.

I guess you would probably like the strategy guide that I will include with my game as an unlockable. I will title it "Driv3r Strategy Guide for The World's Biggest Video Game Retards". LOL

JK. But I will make one though, just not titled like that. After you unlock it and read it, you will most likely feel stupid after you fly through the game with no problem(except on The Chase mission which I only beat one time because I was lucky. That was the only hard mission IMO).

I think it was medium, particularly towards the beginning of the game.
It also depends how much experience you have play the game.
If I was voting for the first time I played it, I'd have to say hard.
Also note that gameplay experience will vary, depending on the platform it is played on. I found the xbox controller very easy to use. The PS2 controller quiet annoying, same situation with the pc keyboard.
I think I started with the PC version, which was hard since you don't have joysticks for precise movements. But after some practice it began to become fairly easy. However some missions were fairly annoying.
A while ago I went back and completed The Chase after 8 shots.
World record

. I don't think that'll ever happen again.
When I first attempted the mission it took almost 30-40 tries (I think).
Making many mistakes at the beginning, and it got annoying when I made a mistake near the end

.
Overall: I think medium difficulty.
But would agree it's hard without practice, particularly for beginners.
"chrisl121212" if you think it's so easy.
You could record your gameplay and let us all investigate.

Yeah. For me on The Chase mission, hundreds of tries, just one success. Other than that the game is a breeze. Okay, I was going to show some of my gameplay in Driv3r in my game's unlockable strategy guide. How can I record my PS2 in high quality? Is there a way I can use my flash drive or something? I am trying to do it for free. Can I record it on my VCR then convert it to PC or something?

i doubt you can do it for free, unless you have a pc with a capture card, or a tuner like mine. I would record it using a video camera that works with your PC.

Is there a way I can hook up my VCR to my PC and convert the tape to AVI video? I do have equipment to record my PS2 and XBOX with my VCR.

Ahh. As usual, bb_42001 always has to make one completely random post for every page in a topic.

Actually, that wasn't the most random post that I had ever seen.

It was actually on topic.

But it is true, you either have splash out on a capture card or summon some pixies!

Try recording with a camera. Ask for someone hold the camera while you play; or you put it in somewhere with enough height to record it.

You need one of the following:
- Driv3r on PC (with either a free capture app or FRAPS)
- A video capture card with (composite in)
- A dvd recorder with (composite in) and a dvd drive in your pc.
You could record with a dv cam or HDD Recorder Cam and capture.
But I'd rank you a big and mighty
fail for having to put up with camera quality watching crappy TV screens with slow ass refresh rates.

Now that's a word I like!
Err..
ah.... Well the pc version doesn't cost much now. You just need a pc manufactured after the year 2006. Or meet the requirements. Older pc's may work file, it really depends what it's specifications are.

My PC was manufactured in '06, and it doesn't run Driv3r... oh wait, I don't have a video card. So yeah...

How can you do anything without a video card? My friend didn't have a video card in his old laptop and he couldn't run any game or use any of the newer programs such as iTunes and those 3D programs. He was pissed.

I mean that I don't have a GeForce or Radeon video card. The video card that I have my computer can't run game properly (It can run GTA Vice City, but not GTA III without freezing the PC).
